The best way to describe my massage style is therapeutic.  I cater my massages based on each client's need.  The body is constantly changing, and I value the importance of communication with my clients to address their concerns.  My goal is to create a healing environment for each client every time I work with them.

BIOMAT

Benefits of the Richway Biomat

The Richway Biomat is a therapeutic mat that uses a combination of far infrared rays, negative ions, and amethyst crystals to deliver het therapy and promote natural healing processes in the body. The Biomat provides deep-penetrating warmth that can alleviate muscle pain, joint pain, improve circulation, reduce stress, and support restful sleep.

EMR MINI MASSAGE

A 45 min mini massage that concentrates solely on the scalp, face, and neck. My focusing on these key areas the massage aids in improving posture, counteracting forward head motion, easing and releasing jaw tension, aids in sinus drainage, reduces wrinkles, helps sleep, stimulates hair growth, reduces anxiety, strengthens the nervous system, and supports the balance of the brain’s chemistry and hormones.

THERAPEUTIC STRETCHING

A personalized stretching session focus’ on the clients lifestyle and needs. A consistent stretching routine allows for the client to prevent injury and maintain flexibility. I have created three different sessions in order to cater towards each clients' needs, wants, and time limits.

VIRTUAL WELLNESS PROGRAMS

A customized virtual wellness program is a personalized program which creates action steps for the client to help them make their long-term health goals a priority.  It begins with a comprehensive review and evaluation of the client's current lifestyle, health and well-being.  Together with the client, I create a personalized, manageable action plan for their overall wellness. The programs offer your guidance and accountability. I have created four wellness programs to address different need of each client.

This program is geared towards an individual wanting long-term lifestyle transformation focusing on energy, habits, and mindset.

EVERYDAY WELLNESS

This program is geared toward an individual wanting accountability and simple and flexible ways to improve their health and well being.

SUMMER RESET

This program targets adrenal and cortisol balance, and is designed to help lower cortisol and calm your nervous system this summer.

RESTORE AND PREVENT

This program is designed to create a manageable plan for injury prevention, recovery, and mobility.

The programs are either be a 30 or 90 day commitment.
